ADDIS ABABA - May 23/2023 – Breakthrough Trading S.C (BTSC) signed here today a Contractual Agreement with a renowned higher learning institute, Addis Ababa University (AAU) to have research conducted. The Contractual Agreement is believed to enable the two signatories to collaborate in the realms of a study on “the Social and Economic Impacts of Direct Selling in Ethiopia…”. The general objective of the research to be conducted by AAU is to investigate the social and economic impacts of direct selling in Ethiopia and related legal issues.
During the signing ceremony, the two sides briefed journalists about the general impacts of direct selling in the country and responded to questions forwarded to them. Breakthrough Trading S.C. is a legal business entity registered by the FDRE Ministry of Trade under Business License No BL/AA/2/0020058/2012 and Taxpayer Identification No /TIN/0063005293. The Company was established by a GENUINE or benevolent Team in 2019 with the vision of building a visionary, healthy, and wealthy generation.
BTSC is striving hard to instill positive changes in the lives of citizens through various personal development training being supported by experienced trainers, councilors, and hypnotherapists. The corporate training programs include, among others, an introduction to leadership, team building, corporate culture, workplace etiquette, attitude, entrepreneurial skills, effective communications, and PR. Over 21 thousand citizens have so far received training in the classroom and online (through the internet). The Company provides its services on a reasonable payment to governmental, non-governmental, and private organizations at its training centers located in the capital, Addis Ababa, and Adama town. Hotel conference halls have also been utilized as alternative venues for the training.
